Raschell Smith

Raschell works in Portfolio Operations at CETO Capital, providing support to many of its portfolio companies. She implements key initiatives to drive growth, increase profitability and create value. She often fills strategic positions at these companies, playing a hands-on role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and working closely with management to align strategies with long-term goals. Prior to her current role, she garnered extensive experience at leading organizations, including The Walt Disney Company and Marriott Hotels and Resorts, where she honed her exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills. Raschell holds an MBA from Brigham Young University.
