Jason is a founding partner at CETO Capital and serves as a board member of many of its portfolio companies. Prior to his work at CETO, he was a Founder, Director, President, COO and CFO of Overstock.com. Jason has completed various mergers, acquisitions and IPO’s with his own capital and as a consultant. He has also served as CEO or CFO for various other companies including Squatty Potty, L’Chef, the Haverford Group, Icon Health and Fitness, Europe and worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in accounting from Utah State University and is a licensed CPA in Utah.
